Ebrahim Hamedi or better known as Ebi was born in 1328 in Tehran. Ebi started his career with Shahram Shahpareh. After a while they separated, and each continued their own separate career. Before coming to the US, Ebi won many prizes in singing competitions around the world.

Ebi has released over 10 albums with Avang, and his new album is scheduled for release in November 2005.
